Return Policy

At Clutch & Cuff, we want you to love your clutch bags and accessories as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at clutchandcuff@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Carefully pack your item(s) and include the original invoice.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
